I'm a big fan of Vacu Vin's products and my entire family will be getting them for Christmas this year.
If you're not familiar with Vacu Vin, it's a wine preservation system. You insert a rubber stopper, place the pump over the end, pump a few times and voila, the air is sucked right out of the bottle. This prevents the wine from oxidizing (think of an apple turning brown) and tasting like crap.
I haven't tried this particular model, but the only difference from the one I have is this model has an indicator to let you know when the correct pressure is reached and a base to store the pump and stoppers. Includes two stoppers.
