Oh man! The anticipation, the uncorking, the golden and green aromas, the flavor...Bang! I absolutely loved Tahbilk's 2000 Marsanne, so much that when I couldn't find it again, I contacted Tahbilk. They put me in touch with Bartholomew Broadbent of
www.broadbent-wines.com who was kind enough to send me a bottle of the '02. It's not quite the 2000, but it went great with the brine soaked and grilled chicken, pepper salad and new potatoes. So far, Tahbilk is still winning for my desert isle white of choice. Buy a few bottles and see if you don't agree.
