Price: Under $7

Young and wild sour apple flavors. Aroma is a bit of a wallflower and the flavor is jumpy. It worked in the sauce - seared halibut with lemon, butter, caper sauce, but I think it needs a year or two more in the bottle before its ready for drinking.
