Benton-Lane is more well known for their pinot noirs, but this Oregon pinot gris is very tasty - very. With all sorts of samples about within easy reach at the recent soiree in the park, I bought a glass of Benton-Lane pinot gris and sat in the shade for a while, just enjoying. Chilled, with a hint of youthful exuberance that may mellow with another year in the bottle, this is a nice, refreshing wine, perfect for getting out of the sun for a bit.
