Francis Coppola Bianco is a blend of Pinot Grigio (43%), Chardonnay (41%) and Sauvignon Blanc (16%). This wine has some interesting characteristics, but is a bit on the subdued side. It's a little like each varietal wants to come across, but is saying "after you" to the others, so they all end up hanging back. This wine has plenty of subtle nuances, but a rather passive character. Still would love some prawns and melted butter to go with... :)
