Evolution

This wine is crazy. What is it they say, the precise blend of 9 varietals or some such craziness? I think I can taste riesling and sauvignon blanc, possibly chardonnay, yeah there's chard in there, something young in there as well and... This is a fun wine to drink - a bit adventurous. I agree with the maker - off-dry, somewhat tropical (it's the kiwi), with a crisp finish. Well, not all that crisp. it lingers a bit. I'd like to try this wine again in a couple of years.
