The dog is dead cute. I have to say that straight out. I'd been meaning to pick up a bottle over the cute dog and story for some time. A birthday voucher gave me the means to shop with abandon and I grabbed a bottle of Three Legged Red in my frenzy.
The wine leans towards blueberry, with rich pomegranate and fuel aromas. At first I wasn't excited, but two days after opening I poured the last glass and enjoyed with chicken enchiladas (red sauce). It was the perfect compliment! Mind you, I'm no expert at food and wine pairing, but when I hit on a nice pair, I note it.
This wine was a perfect mate to the savory and spice of the enchiladas. Try it, you'll like it!
