This wine is still young and sweet, but is also pleasant enough with aromas more mature than its age. The flavors are young, but exhuberant. Berry and grape and that berry pancake topping combine in a way more pleasant than it sounds. This is a decent inexpensive red wine that might be well served with another year or two in the bottle, but ain't bad as is.
