At first I thought this was an odd wine. Well actually, at first I thought it was a sexy, earth toned pinot noir, but it didn't go with the zesty spaghetti with fresh grated Parmesan I had with. But the bottle had a chance to breathe. I vaccuum sealed it and the next day, following salmon, it was pretty good. Its actually a pretty nice wine.
