Price: Under $30

Nice bouquet - hints of a rusty old tanker. The flavors are tricky to nail down. An older, wizer, grown up berry comes to mind with a touch of spice behind. I like this sangiouese based wine. It has just enough complexity to keep you pondering but is approachable and friendly. Next time I'm in Tuscany I may have to pop by Elizabetta Gepetti and Stefano Rizzi's place and see about trying another bottle or two.
