This is a pretty lively merlot. I like it. Mellow cranberries add a bit of life and that pipe shop smell lends a touch of old character. This was another Apoyo on offer and I must say its a great deal. This is a very nice merlot for every day sort of drinking. As in, general purpose red wine.
