A quiet wine - Jacob's Creek Cabernet Sauvignon is a nice red with a slow start and piquant finish. I can only imagine that the Barossa Valley is a nice place with warm sun, singing birds and terra cota soil. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but the wine is still nice.
