In its twenty year history, the IPNC has grown into an event that was recently hailed by The Wine Advocateâ??s Pierre Rovani as â??unquestionably the finest in the worldâ?쳌. What is it about Pinot noir that has inspired people to come from all corners of the earth over the last twenty years to enjoy each otherâ??s company and great wine at the IPNC? More than any other grape, all the hands that touch Pinot noir from vineyard to bottle imprint their personalities on the finished wine. Whether you are chatting over lunch with a winemaker from Burgundy or tasting with a New World winemaker at one of the informal afternoon seminars, you will have the opportunity to meet the personalities who created these unique wines.
The IPNC has also become well known for its food, featuring delights prepared by culinary luminaries of the Pacific Northwest.
Join us for three days of seminars, tastings, tours and one-of-a-kind meals with sixty international Pinot noir winemakers. Its international camaraderie has brought the IPNC much acclaim for its convivial â??summer campâ?쳌 spirit. The emphasis is on the enjoyment of wine and food without pretense or competition. The backdrop for the Celebration is the idyllic campus of Linfield College, located in the heart of Oregon wine country.
